Making an order

Make an order using our website, browse through the products and add which you would like to receive into your shopping basket. After you are finished shopping select Check out, you may be asked for some details, or asked to agree to some terms and conditions. After this is satisfied you will be able to place your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Solo payments through our secure online payment portals.

If you wish to pay by other means, please contact us.

Shipping

We aim to ship all our orders the next day after they are received, if you place an order after 2pm please be advised it may be counted as the next working day.

We aim to process orders within 24 hours

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Please note, we are unable to refund any return postage and packing costs.

hannamac.com offer a “No hassle money-back guarantee”. We will offer a full refund on all products if you contact us within 7 days of delivery, and then return the products to us within the time-frame we agree. Please use our contact page for ways to get in touch.

Any items wishing to be returned must be unused, in the original packaging, and sent to us at the address given within the time frame agreed.

We buy our oils from UK suppliers, therefore, they should be within UK law regulations. If you have any problems please immediately let us know.

If you feel like our products are not the high quality you were expecting please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and explain your reasons to us, we will try to accommodate you as well as we can. We aim to look into matters immediately, and if the fault is found to be on our side, we will refund your money in full. We cannot cover the costs of your return postage.

Back Orders

We keep all the products on our website in stock, if by some mistake you are able to order an item that is not in stock, we will try to contact you and offer you an option to cancel the order, or get it to you as soon as possible.
